Vinyasa Yoga Flow
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic, flowing style of yoga in which breathing is combined with movement. The individual asanas are performed in the rhythm of breathing and in flow. Depending on the level, Vinyasa Flow can be very relaxing or challenging. You get into a meditative flow that is relaxing and gives you a lot of energy at the same time. The applied Ujjayi breathing influences your breath positively, has a calming effect on the mind and increases the metabolism. After the yoga practice you feel like you have taken a short break from your everyday life. With regular practice, you will become more balanced and your body will become stronger and more flexible.
Please bring a blanket or something warm to wear for the final relaxation. Yoga mats are available at Azadeh.
